Cancel the silence whenever you wish.

You may cancel your subscription at any moment, from your reading room or by email to care@preanthropic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep every verse delivered until then.

Because each verse is delivered the moment it is sent, the subscription is non-refundable for the current period once a poem has been delivered. You will not be charged again after you cancel. If a verse never arrived due to an error on our side, write to us and we will make it right.

If you were charged in error — a duplicate, a charge after you cancelled, an amount that doesn't match your plan — contact care@preanthropic.com within 30 days and we will refund it.

Every verse already yours stays yours. The archive you read stays open to you through the end of the period you paid for. No threshold, no penalty, no farewell charge.
